Cancellation & No-show Policy

Please advise 48-24 hours before our appointment if you are not able to attend your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice or no showing your appointment will result in a no-show/cancellation fee of $50 automatically.

If you keep missing appointments, we will review your suitability for attending counselling now.

Scheduling

I work in Private Practice part time. I am available in the evenings and I have some time slots on the weekends. All booking is done through JaneApp. Feel free to reach out with any questions that you have.

Communication

Feel free to text me, email me, or use Jane App to communicate with me. I will not respond to social media questions or text therapy. I do not provide therapy through text messages or e-mail.

I will attempt to respond to communication within 24-48 hours.

It is your responsibility to reach out and rebook our appointment. If I do not hear from you within two weeks, I will assume that now is not a good time. I will close your file.

Reminder: I am not a crisis service. Please attend your local emergency room if needed.
